General Art Information
Bike Rags custom bike jerseys and related products are produced using a dye sublimation process that ensures a crisp image while retaining the breath-ability of the material. We do our very best to match Pantone and PMS colors, however, some slight variation should be expected. The material is embellished with your design and then cut and sewn together. We can not guarantee the artwork will match perfectly across seams and zippers.
Logos and Graphics
Logos sent to us need to be in vector format. Typical file types are: .eps, .ai, and .pdf. We can use raster images (.jpeg, .png, .psd, etc) if they are high resolution. 300 DPI is typical. If you do not have a vector or high resolution copy of your logo or graphic, we can recreate the image for a flat rate of $40 per logo.
We will add your logo and customize the color of each panel.
Semi Custom ($45)*
We will add your logo and customize the products with shapes, patterns and colors.
Full Custom ($75)*
We will add your logo to the products and create a custom image or landscape that encompasses the entire product.
* If the initial, agreed-upon design parameters change over the course of the project, you may be subject to additional artwork charges billed at $40 per hour.
However, if that occurs, we will communicate with you before any additional work is done or charges are incurred.
Upon your initial inquiry we will ask you specific questions about what you are looking for in a design. Once we have agreed on the level of design you are looking for, we will get to work. A first draft will be sent you in 3-5 working days. If any adjustments need to be made after that, we will re-submit the design for approval in another 2 days. Please keep in mind that simple designs will likely be done sooner and more complex designs will sometimes take longer. Once final approval of the design is received, we will then finalize the complete order with you. Then, once the 50% down payment is made, your order will be submitted for production.
All designs and artwork created by us, Bike Rags, will remain the property of Bike Rags and is not available for release or use other than customer logos that represent their organization.
