What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum is 5 pieces per garment type. For example, if you are ordering a mix of short sleeve jerseys, sleeveless jerseys, shorts, arm warmers, caps, etc... We require you order at least 5 of each product.


What is the turn around time for my order?

Typically, an order can be processed for production in 1 to 2 weeks. That includes initial inquiry, artwork approval, order submission, and down payment. Then production takes 4-6 weeks from the date of the down payment.


Can I rush my order?

Yes, but only when available. Our factory does get very busy in the summer time, so we don't always have the ability to rush an order. There is a 30% charge for rush orders, and the turn around is 3 weeks, instead of 4-6 weeks.


How do I pay for my order?

We accept Checks, Cash, Credit Card, and PayPal. Once your full order is submitted, we will arrange for a 50% down payment. Once your order is delivered and is accurate, we will arrange for the remaining 50% of your invoice to be paid. Your 50% down payment must be received before your order goes into production.


Are there any additional fees?

Yes, artwork fees and shipping charges, if applicable. See more about design costs on the Artwork Guidelines page (page 15.) Shipping charges will be addressed upon your initial inquiry.


I'm not located in Cedar Rapids, will you ship my order?

If you need your order shipped to you, we will do so within 1-2 days from receiving your order from the factory. As soon as your items arrive, we ensure the count and design are accurate, and then the order is shipped to you via UPS ground.


How does the design process work?

Can I exchange or return an item?

Yes you can. We guarantee our products against any manufacturer defects. Things like seams falling out or zippers breaking are returnable, refundable, and replaceable. We will ask you to send us a picture of the defect to verify you have a product that needs attention. If you are unsure, always contact us and we will do our very best to make sure you are taken care of.


Where are your products manufactured?

We work directly with a factory in Guangzhou, China. It is a port city Northwest of Hong Kong on the Pearl River. The city features avant-garde architecture such as Zaha Hadid’s Guangzhou Opera House (known as the “double pebble”); the carved box-shaped Guangdong Museum; and the iconic Canton TV Tower skyscraper, resembling a thin hourglass.
